This website is a results publication, not Emirates Draw support. It cannot access an account, inspect an entry, accept a payment, validate a ticket or process a prize.
If a result looks different
A general editorial inbox is not currently published. Results are checked twice after each scheduled draw and once again the next morning. Before treating a record as wrong, compare:
- the page URL and game name;
- the draw date and draw number;
- the field that appears wrong; and
- the same field on the operator-controlled result page.
The update and validation guide explains how a later source value can replace an earlier record. Do not send result or price questions to the privacy address.
Privacy and data deletion
Email privacy@emiratesdrawtoday.com only for access, correction, objection or deletion requests involving data that can reasonably be linked to you. Identify the relevant email conversation or released Android app without sending credentials or identity documents. We may need enough information to locate the record and verify that the requester is entitled to act on it.
Operator account, entry and prize issues
Use Emirates Draw’s operator-controlled website or app for account access, payments, entry validation, eligibility and prize claims. We cannot forward a message to the operator or intervene in a claim.
What never to send
Do not email a readable ticket, barcode, passport, Emirates ID, bank statement, card number, password or one-time code. This site does not need those records for a privacy request and cannot use them to resolve an entry or claim.
