This policy applies to emiratesdrawtoday.com and to any Emirates Draw Today Android application that displays this website through a Trusted Web Activity. Emirates Draw Today is the service name and publisher. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to privacy@emiratesdrawtoday.com.

What this service does

Emirates Draw Today publishes results and editorial information. We do not sell entries, accept wagers, process payments, hold player balances, run Emirates Draw accounts or validate prize claims.

Information handled when you use the service

Request and security data

When a device requests a page, Cloudflare processes technical information needed to deliver and protect it. This can include IP address, date and time, requested URL, referral URL, browser or app user agent, network and device signals, approximate location inferred from IP and security events.

Analytics data

Google Analytics loads across the website and can receive page views, sessions, referral information, approximate geography, browser and device details, interactions and identifiers stored or read by Google’s technology. We use this information in aggregate to understand which pages work, find navigation problems and decide which guides need improvement. Google signals and advertising-personalisation signals are disabled in the site configuration, and advertising storage, ad-user data and ad personalisation remain denied.

Optional result-alert data

If you select “Enable result alerts” and accept the browser’s notification request, OneSignal can process a browser push subscription ID and token, permission and subscription status, IP address, browser or device type, operating system, language, time zone, country inferred from network information, session timestamps and notification delivery or interaction events. We do not add your name, email address, phone number, Emirates Draw account or our own external user ID to that subscription, and we do not send OneSignal tags or custom events or ask it for precise location.

The OneSignal SDK is configured with its data-collection consent gate closed. Subscription processing is enabled when you ask for result alerts. If this browser was already subscribed through the earlier version of the website and notification permission is still granted, the site recognises that prior browser choice so requested alerts can continue. Analytics measurement and notification subscriptions are handled separately.

Contact information

If you email us, we receive the address, message, attachments and any other information you choose to send. Please do not send ticket barcodes, identity documents, payment information, passwords or one-time codes.

Information we do not ask for

The website has no user registration and does not request a player account password, payment card, government ID, precise GPS location, contacts, camera or microphone. It does not create or submit entries.

Purposes for using information

  • deliver pages and keep the service secure;
  • maintain a requested browser push subscription and deliver result alerts;
  • measure readership and improve content;
  • display, limit and measure advertising if advertising is enabled;
  • answer questions, investigate corrections and handle privacy requests; and
  • comply with legal obligations and protect the rights and safety of users or the service.

Cookies, browser storage and consent

Cloudflare may use technologies needed to deliver and protect the service. Google Analytics loads across the website and may use browser storage or cookies for measurement. Google’s browser add-on or browser-level blocking controls can be used to opt out of Google Analytics.

OneSignal uses a service worker plus browser IndexedDB, local storage and session storage to maintain permission, prompt and subscription state after result alerts are enabled. The site also stores whether result alerts were enabled or paused. The browser or operating system stores the final notification permission. If that permission and the saved alert choice remain granted, OneSignal may restore the subscription after a browser-cache change or service migration without showing the permission prompt again.

Result alerts can be enabled or paused from the app and alerts page; browser or device settings can also block them. Clearing site data removes local preferences and can interrupt a push subscription.

Advertising and Google AdSense

Google AdSense Auto ads is enabled across the website. Ad placements, settings, formats and personalisation controls are managed through the AdSense service. Google may process the page context, browser or device information, consent signals and storage needed for ad delivery, frequency control, fraud prevention, security and reporting.

Ad availability and personalisation can vary by page, region, browser settings, consent choices and Google policy. Where Google or applicable law requires a regional consent message, a Google-certified consent platform may ask for a choice before eligible advertising is served. Google explains its processing in its partner technologies notice and provides advertising controls in My Ad Center.

Service providers and disclosures

We disclose information to providers only for operating their part of the service:

  • Cloudflare hosts, delivers, protects and logs the website and Worker requests. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
  • Google Analytics measures website usage. See the Google Privacy Policy and Analytics opt-out add-on.
  • OneSignal maintains requested web-push subscriptions and delivers result alerts. See the OneSignal Privacy Policy and its SDK data guide.
  • Google AdSense may serve and measure advertising if enabled, subject to the consent and controls described above.
  • Email providers process messages sent to the published privacy address.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to investigate abuse or security incidents, to protect legal rights, or as part of a genuine business reorganisation subject to appropriate safeguards.

Sale and sharing of personal information

We do not exchange personal information for money. Some privacy laws define personalised advertising disclosures as “sharing” even when no money changes hands. Where those rules apply, use Google Ads Settings or the contact address to exercise an applicable opt-out right.

Retention and deletion

  • Result-alert preference: stored on the device until it is replaced or site data is cleared.
  • Contact messages: normally retained for up to 24 months after the last substantive exchange, then deleted unless needed for security, legal compliance or an ongoing dispute.
  • Operational and security logs under our control: retained only as long as reasonably needed to investigate reliability, abuse and security; provider-controlled copies follow the provider’s terms and service configuration.
  • Google Analytics: retained according to the Analytics property setting and Google’s policies. Aggregated reports may no longer identify a device-level event.
  • OneSignal: subscription, delivery and interaction records follow the OneSignal account settings and service terms. OneSignal states that dashboard message records can remain until deleted, while API-created message data is typically removed around 30 days after delivery; other subscription records can remain until deletion or provider account cleanup. Pausing alerts stops messages to that subscription but does not itself erase provider records. A deletion request can be sent to the privacy address below.

To request deletion of information we can reasonably link to you, email privacy@emiratesdrawtoday.com. Identify the relevant email conversation, browser push subscription or released Android app without sending sensitive credentials. We may ask for limited information needed to locate the record. We may retain the minimum required to document the request, meet law or protect the service.

Android Trusted Web Activity

The Emirates Draw Today Android app (Google Play package com.app.emiratesdrawtoday) presents this same website in a Trusted Web Activity. Website requests made inside it are handled as described in this policy. The app adds no account, ticket purchase, payment, camera, microphone, contacts or precise-location feature, and requests one Android permission: internet access. Result alerts inside the app use the same optional notification choice as the website.

The Google Play Data Safety disclosure covers the website behaviour visible inside the app and every SDK or native permission in the released package. If a future release differs, this policy will be updated before publication. Uninstalling the app removes local app data but may not erase records retained by service providers; use the deletion request above for a traceable deletion.

Legal bases and privacy rights

Depending on where you live, processing may rely on consent, our legitimate interest in operating and securing the service, performance of a requested communication, or legal obligation. Applicable law may give you rights to access, correct, delete or receive data, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, opt out of certain advertising disclosures or complain to a supervisory authority.

These rights are not identical everywhere and can have exceptions. Send a request to the privacy address. We will verify and respond as required by applicable law and will not discriminate for exercising a right.

Children

This service is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child. If you believe a child has sent information to us, contact the privacy address so it can be reviewed and removed.

Security and international transfers

The site uses HTTPS and Cloudflare security controls. Access to operational accounts is limited, and data sent to providers is protected using their transport and account safeguards. No internet service can promise absolute security.

Cloudflare, Google, OneSignal and email providers may process information in countries other than yours. They are responsible for the transfer mechanisms described in their policies; where required, we rely on contractual or other lawful safeguards.

External links and policy changes

Links to Emirates Draw, stores and other sites are governed by their own policies. We are not responsible for their data practices. We may revise this policy when the site, app, providers or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top will change, and a material change may also be highlighted on the site or app.
